Returns & Exchanges


Your satisfaction truly matters to us. 
We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase, so we’ve created the following return and exchange policy to make things as easy and fair as possible.
 
All returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.
 

Can I Return or Exchange My Wig?

 If the Lace Has Not Been Cut

  • If the lace is uncut, you may return the wig for a refund or exchange.

  • The wig must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags still attached.

  • Please wait to cut the lace until you’re sure the wig is the right one for you.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item and confirm it is in new condition, we’ll be happy to process your refund or exchange.

  • Please contact us first to confirm the return address before shipping the item back.

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed after we receive the return.

  • Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable.

 If the Lace Has Been Cut

  • If the lace has been cut, we are unable to accept the wig for a refund or exchange.

  • However, you may send it back to us for repair service.

  • We offer free repairs within 3 months of purchase. You only need to cover the shipping cost to send the wig to us.

 Custom Orders

  • Custom-made wigs are created specifically for you, so custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Due to changes in customs and import regulations , we have updated our return procedures in May 2, 2025.

Important Notice Regarding Returns:
1. Contact Us First: You should contact our customer service team before initiating any return.

2. Use Our Designated Courier:
We will arrange a **designated courier service** to collect your return items from you. 
Please do not use Royal Mail or UPS for returns.

3. Customs Duties Responsibility:
Returns shipped via unauthorized carriers (including Royal Mail and USPS) may incur customs duties upon re-entry into our country. 
We will not be liable for any customs duties incurred in this manner.

4. Refund Impact:
Failure to follow these procedures may result in significant delays and/or deductions from your refund amount to cover unexpected charges.

Why this change?
These updates ensure a smoother return process
and help us avoid unexpected customs fees that could otherwise impact the refund we can provide to you.
Using our designated courier guarantees the correct customs documentation is used.
