1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to customers all over the world.

 

2. Which carriers do you use?
We ship with DHL, UPS, FedEx, or EMS, depending on your address.

 

3. How do you choose the shipping method?
We usually ship by FedEx or UPS for faster delivery. If they can’t deliver to your address, we will use EMS.

 

4. Can you ship to a PO Box?
DHL, UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes.
EMS accepts PO Box addresses.

 

5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes about 3–5 business days after dispatch.
U.S. orders usually arrive in 2–3 business days via FedEx.
(Processing time not included.)

 

6. When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays.
Most weekday orders ship the same day. Weekend orders ship on Monday.

 

7. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

 

8. What if an item is unavailable?
We’ll contact you as soon as possible.
